Dazzle is about winning people’s love through the art of cooking. Dazzle Indian Cuisine was founded in 1990. While the owner is Taiwanese, he/she developed a deep passion for Indian cuisine after being introduced to it. Over the course of more than 30 years, the owner continuously studied Indian cuisine and culture. Indian cuisine is known worldwide and is rich in cultural significance. One traditional Indian dining practice is eating with your hands. Prior to the meal, hands are washed thoroughly for hygiene. During the meal, the right hand is predominantly used because it represents cleanliness. Eating is viewed as a sensory experience, and the use of cutlery such as knives, forks, and chopsticks, which can feel cold, is believed to dull the temperature and tactile sensations of food. By using their hands to eat, people can sense the temperature of the food, helping people to prevent burning their mouths. Due to these customs, many Indian dishes have a pasty consistency, making it easy to scoop them up with flatbreads or mix them with rice.
