We began in 2024 with Gugujun Yakisoba Bread.
Our stir-fried noodle bread still makes an occasional appearance, but most of our time now goes into Gugujun Slow Baking.
We give time to the oven and bring its aromas into everyday life.
We focus on slowly baked Belgian Liège waffles, alongside pound cakes and Basque cheesecakes made to share with confidence.
We do not chase speed or trends. We simply want to make each dessert well.
