Croffles are a medium for interpersonal communication, and coffee is an intimate companion in our daily lives. The name "croffle" combines "croissant" and "waffle." Croissant dough is pressed and baked in a waffle iron, resulting in a waffle-shaped appearance with the layered texture of a croissant. Despite being a takeaway café with affordable prices, we use high-quality specialty coffee. Our "Secret Realm" blend features medium-dark roast beans with an aroma of ripe fruits from Africa upon first sip, followed by hints of nuts and cocoa in the aftertaste, leaving a lingering impression that invites further exploration.
