Inspired by a wonderful experience in tasting French desserts in France,  Chef Lai commits herself to making her own style of desserts after she returned to Taiwan from her studies in France. Armed with her outstanding skills, she made French desserts with local Taiwan ingredients. Chef Lai excels at matching unique Taiwanese tea with in-season fruits and incorporating these oriental elements into the techniques of making French desserts. By giving something new to your taste buds, Chef Lai is able to convey her take on French aesthetic.
