MISATO is a handmade dessert brand founded in Lukang, Changhua in 2019 by a Taiwanese-Japanese couple. The owner, Misato, is from Kyushu, Japan, and brings traditional roasted rice cracker sweets from her hometown to Taiwan, blending them with local Taiwanese elements to create a distinctive Japanese dessert experience.
