In order to improve Puli and Yushi's tourism quality in the recreational system, the Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area Administration of the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications established the Puli Visitor Center besides Provincial Highway 14 by Ailan Interchange on National Freeway 6 to provide the tourists with a convenient and friendly tourism inquiry service for the ease of the visitors to enter the northern service hub before Sun Moon Lake, Puli, or Qingjing Farm. The eye-catching building's appearance is the new beautiful focus of Provincial Highway 14. In correspondence with the energy saving and carbon reduction policies, it has obtained the Green Building Label, creating an international-standard tourism service quality. The i-system service counter, Taiwan Trip transfer, smart travel, local industry info, services and facilities provided by the visitor center, in addition to provide comprehensive, convenient, and premium tourism inquiry services and transfer services for both domestic and international visitors, they will also play the integral role of linking the sceneries of Sun Moon Lake and Puli's ecological industries.
