Description
Da Ding Cuisine, a family heirloom spanning three generations, began in the first generation at a pig slaughterhouse on Changji Street in Taipei. The eldest son of the second generation leads the way in passing down the family's unique culinary skills and flavors to his seven children. Their signature pig's blood soup is as smooth as tofu, made from freshly cut pig's blood delivered every night, cooked immediately, and served with a secret recipe broth made from large bones, earning the title of "natural red tofu." In addition to the signature pig's blood soup, they offer a wide variety of main dishes, including pig's trotter rice, braised pork rice, and Hsinchu fried rice noodles, all carefully selected from local Taiwanese ingredients, providing a distinctive taste of traditional snacks.
