 Established in 2013, 38 Bears Egg Roll started with handmade egg rolls in Sanxia Old Street, insisting on using top-quality imported ingredients and manual craftsmanship. In 2019, it relocated to Zhuangjing Road in Taipei's Xinyi District and changed its approach. Innovating its production, layer by layer, the texture became even crispier, hence the name Butterfly Crisp. What remains unchanged is the commitment to product quality. In addition to the acclaimed Butterfly Crisp, which has gained popularity in the Chinese-speaking world, unique ice products are available on-site.
