Minder Vegetarian consists of a team of vegetarian food enthusiasts endeavoring to promote “healthy vegetarian cuisine” over the last 2 decades.  Popularizing vegetarian dining culture by introducing vegetarian food to meat-eaters.  The restaurant’s simple, peaceful and elegant dining environment allows customers to enjoy gourmet food in a comfortable setting. 
All food ingredients go through a rigorous selection process to make sure no animal ingredients are included.  In order to guarantee the patrons’ health, meals are prepared from fresh, natural vegetables and fruits. The natural, egg, alcohol and artificial additive-free vegetarian cuisine are served to forge an everlasting friendship with the customers.  In the future, Minder Vegetarian aims to invest more resources in vegetarian ingredient development, so as to provide improved service quality and satisfy all the consumers. The ultimate objective is to promote the culture of vegetarianism over the long run so that more people can appreciate the benefits of vegetarianism.
