In 1949, Mr. Huo-Shu Lin founded Chuan Hsiang Export Co., Ltd., making it the "first" tea company to engage in cross-strait tea trade. As a benchmark in Taiwan’s tea industry, Chuan-Shang’s jasmine tea, Longjing, and high-mountain oolong have long been favored by Taiwan’s political leaders across generations. These teas have also become a signature of Taiwan, often chosen as premium gifts for international guests.
