On October 15, 2018, Conch Baking was established to create delicious food to share with others and pass on their craftsmanship. Their flagship product, the Conch cookie, is shaped like a seashell, symbolizing the happiness of a girl crossing rivers and walking on beaches to pick up her shell—a metaphor for finding happiness and being willing to share that joy with others.
