 ""OZ"" is the abbreviation for Australia, as well as the initials of three partners: ""OA,"" ""ZOE,"" and ""ZACK."" And so, our story begins.
We are three good friends who met during a working holiday in Melbourne. While each of us worked in different cafes and restaurants, we would explore various eateries together whenever we had spare time. From French and Italian to Australian cuisine, from restaurants to cafes and pubs, we experienced a diverse and rich culinary culture. This exposure planted a dream: to bring this culinary culture back to Taiwan.
