We set out to create diversity in East Asia’s coffee culture so we set out to Turkey for a field study. Copper pots are used to brew different types of traditional Turkish coffees, boutique Turkish coffee with a rich and acidic fruit flavor, and filtered coffee with fruit fragrance. Saturn Landing Turkish Coffee is leading a revival in pot-brewed coffee. Turkish coffee tastings must be matched with Turkish desserts! We have developed sweet and savory Turkish desserts suitable for Asia’s drinking aesthetics so that we may present you with a Turkish coffee and dessert banquet! 
At the Hakka Cultural Park branch, we use specially selected Hakka ingredients to develop Hakka orange sauce-flavor sparkling ice Roman, orange sauce latte, Hakka leicha Turkish coffee, orange sauce cheese, and orange sauce pound cakes for you to try!
