Specially selected plantation beans and freshly made dishes, a simple coffee shop that have been around for 18 years has now changed flavors. The coffee bar and kitchen are now filled with precise experimental spirit. The cafe does not use any read-to-eat packages or chemical flavoring that she knows so well... The braised beef is slowly cooked over low heat, and the only accompaniments are fresh vegetables. The salty pork is marinated with Chinese herbs and black pepper, then carefully fried, and the only flavor is its salty savoriness. The fish is brought in fresh daily.
