ALOLA PIZZA was founded in 2013; it provides homemade kiln-baked pizza, leopard-pattern pita bread, lunch specials (available during weekdays), light foods, seasonal salads, soups, and homemade desserts.
The store follows the basic rules for making traditional Italian Napoli kiln-baked pizza, using Italian 00 flour (designated by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana), sea salt, Mutti tomato paste, top-class first pressed olive oil, and Mozzarella cheese. Besides strictly selected ingredients, the pizza dough is also made via long-time fermentation under low temperature, which gives the dough rich and layered flavors.
