Description
No frills; just plain honest service. Delicious food is served, and there is a play area for children. Instead of hiring a chef, all of the food is instead hand-prepared by the owner and his wife, creating an atmosphere of having coming home to Mom. Qingquan Square is the highest point in Maokong, and boasts an excellent view. When weather is good, the view is incredible; look outside and you can see mountain valleys as well as the Taipei 101! Recommended menu items: tea-scented clam and chicken soup, golden white cut chicken, fried tea tofu, tea oil misua, tea leaf fried rice, Japanese sesame fiddlehead fern, tea leaf omelet, and many more! Additional Chef's Choice: chilled plum-scented bitter melon, handmade tea leaf cookies.
