Description

In 1895, Yu-tou Hung started a danzai noodle stall in front of the Shuixian Temple in Wutiaogang, Tainan and named it "Du Xiao Yue”, the oldest danzai noodle stall in Taiwan. Its unique flavors lie in the exclusive minced pork recipe, which turned the stall into a well-known century-old brand in the country. Yu-tou Hung is also recognized as the inventor of danzai noodle in Taiwan, hence the name Hong’s Noodles.
