Qian-flavored dish is one of the most representative one in China and there are about 250 influential ones prepared with chilly spices. Quizhou, like Jiangxi, Hunan, Sichuan, and Yunnan, has been known for its hot and spicy foods. Qian Tian Xia Theme Restaurant was established in 2007, and in 2014 it, was selected as one of the best Chinese restaurants in Taipei by the international travel bible, Lonely Planet. Located in a historical building on Dihua Street of Dadoucheng,  “Shi Lien Dong,” the restaurant has been devoted to the promotion of Taiwan’s high quality traceable food ingredients and in 2015, won highest award of three-star certification of traceable restaurant and was invited to the Presidential Office for preparing dinner banquets for national leaders.
