The founder of Wutie has developed a number of inventive features for the art of tea appreciation, and developed the yueguang cha (moonlight tea) to address the bitterness and caffeine contents of tea leaves. Yueguang does not contain caffeine and has far-reduced tartness, and instead offers a soothing and refreshing flavor.
