The Minsheng community is a place that Yannick founder Wu Tsung-en passes by every day when he takes his children to school. Every time he looks at the interactions between the people, and the way seasons come and go, he finds himself enjoying the calm and slow-paced atmosphere of this place. He wanted to take Yannick into the community, and this was how the idea of sharing desserts with people at this place sprouted. With the brand spirit of "sharing, and making hearts melt", Yannick upholds the philosophy of its business, which is to never take shortcuts, never stint ingredients, make food fresh and sell them fresh. Yannick hopes to let the nearby community residents, or passerby on the way to work, have a cup of Japanese cream latte or take a cream roll cake to share with friends and family. People are brought closer to each other through desserts, while reciprocal relationships are cultivated from the heart and joyful times are created.
