Our pig feet are made according to the teachings passed down from the masters from Shanghai. Following traditional methods, we meticulously set the heat to let the pork simmer slowly for 3-4 hours. All the spices have been removed through years of research and improvement, creating the traditional pig feet that suit Taiwanese palates. Every day, freshly slaughtered body-temperature pork are strictly selected, while Wuan Chuang Soy Sauce from Xiluo Township, Yunlin County and the township's locally produced garlic are used. No spices are added to the simple ingredients. Soy sauce and crystal sugar are used to braise the pork with careful attention. The pig skin is chewy, fatty but not greasy; the meat is tender but not overly soft, and lean but not tough. The rich and unique flavor of the top-notch cuisine will make you love it and leave your taste buds wanting more.
